This site is the result of study and research over the last few years on the subject of healthy living. I reached the point where there was too much to hold in my brain, and I needed a place to offload and organize the data so it was readily available for reference and sharing.
Before I retired, I was a computer programmer. I loved what I was doing, but the companies I worked for gradually demanded more hours per week, the commute became more stressful, and the increasing amount of paperwork and regulations morphed into an inflexible cage preventing me from doing much actual programming. So, I retired.
For the next couple of months I rested, watched TV, read books, and explored the internet. It was wonderful! Then I found my first free, online, health “summit” and dove into the ocean of stuff I didn’t know before. It took two years just to catch up with all that had been learned while I had my nose to the grindstone. And new discoveries are popping up all the time.
Since I am not a health expert, all information here is only my opinion and my experience. Things I have found helpful. Take what you like and leave the rest.
